Return Policy

It is our goal to make the experience of our customers as pleasant as possible, and as much as we love you keeping the items, we also give you the option to return them:

We do accept returns with no question asked for the items that are not used, not opened, not damaged and returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
If you have opened the items and you are still not satisfied, and they are still in the original packing, we can offer you the option to return it within 30 days of the delivery date. After we receive and inspect the items we will pay you back 65% of the original paid price as purchase voucher.
The returns are free of charges for the UAE deliveries. For the items delivered outside the UAE, the customer will bare the shipping charges.
If the items are damaged due to the shipping process, or there are missing accessories please let us know and we will work on correcting the issue as soon as possible.
To start the process of the returns, please send us and email to [email protected]. You need to mention the order number in the subject line, and we will contact you as soon as possible to return the item and complete the refund process.

20 AED shipping fees for all orders below AED 250.
Delivery time: within 1-2 working days.

0-3 kg:

FREE shipping for all orders above USD 140.
USD 11 shipping fees for all orders below USD 140.
Delivery time: within 3-4 working days.

3 kg and above:

Shipping cost will be mentioned in the checkout page when Address is set.

Worldwide:

Shipping cost will be mentioned in the checkout page when Address is set.

Please note that custom/tax charges if applicable in the shipped to country (your country), will be borne by you.
