The iFi-Audio PowerStation is an audiophile-grade extention socket that delivers quiet mains power to any system wether it is digital, analogue or a mix of both. It emits RFI or EMI noise to let users enjoy clean audio. The PowerStation uses iFi's Active Noise Cancelation II to actively eliminate noise across the frequency range and even on the lower frequencies. Each outlet has passive filters to also eliminate noise from the high frequencies. Also, Each of the outlet is independently isolated in its own chamber to prevent cross-contamination with addition to a vibration-dampening material. Polarity detection is also built in naking sure to protect any equipment from unexpected power damage. Surge protection is also incorporated so if the system detects a power surge, the PowerStation will automatically shut down protecting the equipment plugged in.
